Entry conditions

Hibiscus lounge
Aircalin's Hibiscus Lounge is located on the second floor of La Tontouta Airport. Facing the runway, it offers a panoramic view of the mountain range. Everything has been thought of for the comfort of our customers.
Opening hours: the Hibiscus lounge at La Tontouta is open 2h30 before the departure of each flight to Singapore, Tokyo and Papeete and 2 hours before flights to Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Wallis, Nadi and Port Vila.

The airport has information points in the public hall and the arrival hall. Open during aircraft movements, the central point offers information about flights, parking, lost and found, tourist advice, complaints, and more.
